Mediation is an ancient practice that we can utilize to create positive change in our lives and relaxation provides our body the opportunity to revitalize itself. I have combined these to provide you the opportunity to travel deep into your body and expand and melt with the oneness of the universe. In doing so, you are able to participate in the evolution of consciousness towards peace, love and light.
This CD is intended for use as a guided meditation and relaxation. It utilizes ancient Native American and modern energy building traditions to allow you to move into this new awareness.
A very unique CD that includes One Native American drum, two didgeridoos and various bells and shakers to create a multi-layered atmosphere for this guided meditation. It is one track and 45 minutes in length.

Kalumba: Path of Light
Kalumba (pronounced KA-LOOM-BA) performs sacred music, a hybrid of traditional and contemporary music from Uganda, Guinea, Mali and the many worlds of spirit. All tracks re original compositions utilizing traditional instruments from Uganda, Mali and Guinea. Instruments include the Akogo (Ugandan thumb piano), the Karimba (Congolese thumb piano), the Adungu (Ugandan harp), and the djembe and Dununs (Malian and Guinean drums).
We all have a cosmic dream to remember and integrate into this human body and we all have a mission on this earth. Music is a direct connection to the stars, where we meet our true self and begin the journey. Music is the food that nurtures our soul and gives us strength and courage to be humble and have compassion for all beings.
